Pocket Etiquette is a handy guide to etiquette for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

The app covers five main areas: Business, Dress Code, Entertaining, Food & Drink and Table Manners. Advice ranges from conventions established in distant history, such as the rules for passing the Port, to modern recommendations for dealing with cellphones and text messaging.

Pros and cons of Pocket Etiquette app for iPhone and iPad

Pocket Etiquette app good for

It has ALL the Essentials of Etiquette... I normally dont bother posting reviews, but this Applications deserves a Positive Review. I am Very Pleased with the Information it Provides; I have Very High Standards when it comes to My Social Life, specially in Business, I feel this Applications meets my Standard Well.. I give it a Five Star, because the Quality and Manner that it presents its information, is at this Five Star Level, however, improving on its info., should not be limmited. I think I would like to see more International Categories added... - Maybe on the Quiz: a Choice of time for test, rather than being rushed to read in a hury and make a desicision about the Answere. -This way, if one is New, can chose to go slower and learn the Answeres in the Process. And another suggestion to this Quiz, to create a Choice of Categories to be tested by, and perhaps, amount of Questions that one wants to Select. This Will be a Great Addition ! " Keep at the Extraordinary Work " ~~~~ --------- PS: The Idea is Brilliant... to Quiz yourself in your Knowledge of Etiquette.
I really find this ap helpful in countless ways. As a blind person, I am always looking for clear instructions on the appropriate use of body language, & ways to handle difficult foods. This App. is also easy to navigate, & fills in lots of gray areas, such as the meaning of dress code terms. However, there are a few places where much more guidance is given to men than to women. The writers could expand those areas a little. Over all, great App.
